Design Process

First Step:

Prepare your files – files should be submitted following these guidelines:

• Color correction is not included – please have your files fully retouched and color corrected prior to submission for album/composite design.
• Files should be saved as RGB color with sRGB profile embedded
• Files should be saved as high quality jpeg, at least 2 MB in file size.
• All files must be numbered sequentially, (img001.jpg, img002.jpg, img003.jpg, etc.) in the order you would like to have them appear in the album.
• 8 bit files only please
• All files must be in digital format on CD-ROM / DVD-ROM
• Please only submit files that are to be used in the design. Keep in mind that a typical design has an average of 3 images per page (6 per spread) when determining how many files to send. 60-80 images makes for a gorgeous 30 page book. Feel free to include text files – quotes, vows, wedding date, verses, song lyrics, etc.

Finally:

After we receive your files and design instructions our design time is approximately ten (10) business days. We will give you an estimated ready-to-proof-date when we confirm your order.

Once your album design has been completed we will send you a link to your online gallery (see sample) where we will post thumbnails of the page designs for you to proof. Simple revisions to the album are included at no additional charge. If revisions to the album layout are requested, the revision turn-around time will be approximately three (3) business days after receipt of the revision request.

Once we finalize your design we will send you the high quality JPG files of your full album design layout on a CD-ROM / DVD-ROM.
